Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) : This is a pre-paid allowance to cover fuel, food, alcohol provisions, dockage fees, or any other ancillaries. If the purchaser wants to add more to the APA they may do so from a credit card on file. If the total APA amount is not spent, the remaining balance will be returned to the purchaser within 7 business days of the charter completion.  

The following expenses are not included in the base charter rate and are typically covered through the Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA):

• Fuel

  • Main engines ($15/hr — average 4–6 hrs/day)

  • Generator ($10/hr — used for air conditioning & water systems)

  • Dinghy/tender fuel (one tank included; extra tanks range $40–$100 depending on water sports use)

• Meals + Drinks

  • Requested provisions for onboard meals and beverages

  • Dinners out at local restaurants

• Docking & Moorage Fees

  • Marina stays and overnight dockage as requested

• Optional Add-Ons

  • Additional linens/towels — $50 per cabin

• Trip Insurance

  • Strongly recommended, but not included

About the APA
The Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) is a pre-paid allowance used to cover the above variable costs. You may add more to your APA at any time using a card on file. Any unused balance will be refunded within 7 business days after your trip concludes.
