At the heart of Nadiya’s culinary philosophy is fresh, high-quality food made with intention. We believe in fueling our bodies with real, whole ingredients, and we bring those high standards into every meal we prepare for our guests.

Our galley is stocked with minimally processed essentials — think organic flour, sea salt, hand-ground spices, small-batch cheeses, and real butter. We favor freshly baked bread and handmade pizza dough over imported or packaged alternatives whenever possible.

Nadiya’s charters are rooted in self-sustaining practices. We fish and hunt for as much of our protein as we can — and we’re happy to dedicate time to this process based on your preference. That said, if you request alternative proteins like chicken or steak, those will be served first to ensure nothing goes to waste.

We hydroponically grow our own organic herbs, churn our own butter, and cook exclusively with quality oils such as avocado, toasted sesame, and organic olive oil — never cheap seed oils. When possible, eggs are locally sourced.

Yes, seafood is our specialty — but we’re more than happy to craft meals to your specific tastes, whether you’re vegan, gluten-free, meat-loving, or somewhere in between. Clear communication of your dietary needs before the trip helps us prepare the best possible experience for you.

A quick note: We highly recommend packing your favorite comfort snacks (jerky, chips, candy, chocolate, etc.) before boarding. These items are often hard to find in the islands and tend to be expensive when available. Flavored drink packets are also a great addition to your water — all drinking water on Nadiya is produced through our onboard filtration system.
